Today
Start where the work is
Today opens on Needs you: decisions due, bids with no owner, overdue tasks and deadlines the buyer moved, for you or for the whole team. Beside it, For you lists the new tenders that match what you bid on, with the reason each one matched.
- Open now, closing this week and new since your last visit, per market
- Closings by day for the next 14 days, with weekends and expected holidays marked
- Opening results and awards as the portals publish them
- Changes at the buyers and suppliers you watch, and the recompete radar for the next 18 months

Triage
Track, or Not for us
Each match gets a decision in a click. Track puts the tender on your Bids board with its own record. Not for us takes it out of For you and keeps it aside, so the list stays short and nothing is lost if you change your mind.
Interests are set per market and shared with the team or kept to yourself. Watch a buyer, a supplier or a saved search, and its changes land on Today.
The tender page
A decision bar on the buyer's clock
Every tracked tender opens with the time left, counted in the buyer's working week and skipping expected Hijri holidays, and the stage the bid has reached: Track, Qualify, Prepare, Submitted on the portal, Result.
Your bid holds the tasks, notes and files for this pursuit. Decide records Go, Hold or No-go with a note on the record, and Plan tasks lays out who does what before the deadline.
Always confirm a deadline against the notice.

Should we bid?
The price guide and likely competitors
Should we bid? rates the case line by line: fit, time, competition, the incumbent, where your team already has a relationship, and the commercials.
Where the portal publishes bids, the price guide matches comparable work and shows the median and the middle half of awards and opening prices, how far winners at this buyer priced from the median bid, and who wins here. When there are too few comparable bids, it says so instead of drawing a range.
Bids are published in Qatar (awards and bidder tables, 24,000+ Qatar awards since 2017) and in Bahrain (opening results with bidders and prices).
Bids
The Bids board, the list and performance
Every pursuit on one board by stage, with its owner and its next deadline, or as a list you can filter. Mark a bid submitted once it is in on the portal, record the result, and the board keeps the history.
Performance shows how bids move from stage to stage, results by market, the reasons behind lost bids and who beats you most often, from the winners you record.
Buyers and suppliers
Know the buyer, size up the field
300+ government buyers and 6,000+ bidding companies, each with a dossier: what a buyer publishes and, where awards are published, what it awarded and to whom; what a supplier bid on and won.
Compare two to four suppliers side by side. Benchmarks show how many bidders a buyer draws and where winners land against the median: full for Qatar, partial for Bahrain.

Frequently asked questions
Do you send tender alerts by email?
Not yet. New matches show in For you on Today and on your watchlists. Scheduled email alerts are not switched on yet.
Do you have special access to government tenders?
No. Ishara reads public notices from official portals in Qatar, the UAE (federal and Ajman), Bahrain and Oman, and joins them to buyer records and, where published, bids and awards. It does not submit bids or broker contracts: you bid through the portal as you always do.
Which markets does the desk cover?
Qatar has the full record: notices, opening results, awards and bidder tables. Bahrain adds opening results with bidders and prices. The UAE (federal and Ajman) and Oman have notices and deadlines. Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are connecting and are not in Ishara yet.
Where does the price guide come from?
From the bids the portals publish: Qatar's awards and bidder tables, and Bahrain's opening results, 97,000+ priced bids in all. It matches comparable work by title and shows the median and the middle half. With too few comparable bids, it says so instead of drawing a range.
How are deadlines counted?
On the buyer's clock, in the buyer's working week, with expected Hijri holidays; always confirm against the notice.
What does it cost?
The bid desk comes with Business: $39 per seat per month, or $32.50 billed yearly, kept for 12 months for workspaces that pay before 15 March 2027. The Bid-team edition, from $7,500 a year, is scoped with our team. See the plans
