What shipped, dated

Product-visible changes, newest first, dated to the month. The roadmap owns what comes next; this page owns what already landed.

Every entry on this page is in the product today.

October 2026

Ishara has its own address

Ishara now opens at app.ishara.lisan.com, on the same Lisan account. Every link you ever saved, bookmarked or sent, including report links, lands on the same page at the new address. Install it as an app on your phone or desktop from the account menu, and the pre-meeting report opens on the phone.

Discover: the companies you do not have yet

Search beyond your workspace by filters or one plain sentence, free. Preview what Ishara knows about a company before it is a record, paste a list of domains, and add with the price shown first. Inside Discover.

Similar companies, competitors and a cited comparison

Every company page lists the companies like it, free, and the competitors a person in the industry would name. One click compares a company with the peers you keep, with a source beside every claim and the price said before the call.

Whole teams, pulled and arranged

Pull a company's whole team in one run with the price shown first. Seniority and department are filled for free, the team arranges itself by function, by level or as a structure board, and an Arabic name finds the people spelled in Latin letters, and the reverse.

Enrichment you can watch

A new company fills itself in while you watch: its own website first, then Ishara's directories, with a paid lookup last and only if you ask. A sheet on every company says what was found and which fields it filled.

Ask Ishara

Type a question in English or Arabic and get the filter, a view to save, one of the reports, or a proposed action that waits for your approval. A research field answers one question about one record with its sources cited. Inside AI you approve.

Signals: what changed, and who knows them

Job changes, promotions and moves on the people you know; tender wins, recompete windows, raises and listings on the companies you track. One feed in the Inbox and on Home, warm paths and a relationship strength on every record, and automations that fire on a signal. Inside signals.

Tender alerts and a bilingual digest

A notification when a matching tender is published or a watched buyer moves, and a digest in Arabic and English on Gulf working days, across Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and the UAE.

Claim your company

Match your commercial registration and your company page gains a Tenders tab: your bids, your wins, the companies you bid beside, the price gap and the buyers you win with. Benchmarks now show local-content ratios beside the prices. Inside tender intelligence.

Bid analytics and the buyer relationship map

Your bid funnel, the market's shares and who your team knows at each buyer, on one dashboard. Inside analytics.

A brief before every meeting, a summary after it

Ishara reads your calendar and sends a report before each external meeting: who you are meeting, who else in your team knows them, and what changed since you last met. An invitation an event platform sent is understood as an event, and everyone on it is warmed. After a recorded meeting, the summary, the facts, the next steps and the follow-ups arrive as proposals you approve. Inside call intelligence.

Tasks, follow-ups and leads that convert

Home opens on who is waiting on you and who is going quiet, overdue first. A follow-up or a snooze on any record clears itself when they reply, a task carries a reminder and a recurrence, My tasks is the place to work them, and a lead converts to a person, a company and a deal in one click. Inside the object CRM.

Ishara in Arabic, on Gulf time

The shell, Home and every record read in Arabic with one control in the account menu. Dates read day, month, year with the Hijri date beside them, the working week and the holidays follow your market, and the currency card speaks your currency.

The Object API, scoped keys, signed events and an MCP server

Every object over HTTP, idempotent, with upsert on any identity key and a batch of operations in one request. Keys carry resource-level scopes, an expiry and overlapping rotation. Every change leaves as a signed event you can replay or pull. An MCP server lets any agent read your CRM and propose changes you approve. Inside developers.

Engagement analytics, win and loss reasons, exports

Interactions, reply speed and reply rates by teammate, template and hour. Closing a deal records a structured reason in English or Arabic, and the win-rate report reads them back. Duplicates merge in one click, and the board gains swimlanes by owner.

September 2026

Suppliers and bidders carry their own marks

Every supplier and bidder now shows the logo of the company behind it, resolved through one pipeline with an identity check so two bodies never share a mark. A bidder table reads at a glance.

Government buyers carry their marks

Each buyer's mark is served from Ishara, so dossiers, watchlists and the tenders table load fast and look like the organisations they describe.

One display language at a time

Tender titles show in English or Arabic, switched with one control, and search matches both languages whatever is on screen. Inside tender intelligence.

Today, saved views and watchlists

The tender plane opens on Today: what is open, what closes this week, whose results just published, the biggest awards, and what is new since your last visit. Saved views stay private or go to the team, and a watchlist turns any buyer or supplier into a dated feed of awards, results and moved deadlines.

Deadlines calendar with ICS export

Closing dates and envelope openings sit by week, the calendar keeps your buyer and status filters, and the export drops into any calendar app.

Bid benchmarks

Bidders per tender, award-value percentiles and the winner against the median, scoped to any buyer, so a price lands inside the range that wins. Inside bid benchmarks.

Recompete radar

Contracts ending inside a horizon of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months, each with the incumbent named, so the rebid conversation starts before the tender does.

People and companies from your mail

Connect Gmail or Outlook and the people you write to become records with their companies, one person once across all of a company's domains. Home shows who is waiting on you, who is recent and who is going quiet. You choose how far back the history reaches.

Export any view

Every view leaves as an Excel workbook, CSV or JSON, and a full backup takes everything. Your data is yours to take at any time.

Hand a contact over in one tap

Any person becomes a QR contact card or a WhatsApp chat, so a colleague at the event has them before you finish the sentence.

One-click CRM importers

Bring a whole workspace from your previous CRM in one click, with owners mapped by email and re-runs that never duplicate. Everything lands in the same records as your CSV rows; see imports.

Frequently asked questions

How often is the Ishara changelog updated?

Whenever a product-visible change lands. Entries are dated to the month and written from the user's side: what you can now do, not how it was built.

Where do I see what is coming next?

The roadmap lists what is in the product and what comes next. When an item ships, it moves here with its month.

Did my old links stop working when Ishara moved?

No. Every link to the old address, including report links, redirects to the same page at app.ishara.lisan.com, on the same Lisan account.
