Formula fields do the arithmetic for you and behave like any other column: they filter, sort and export. Weighted value is Deal value times Probability: a deal worth 480,000 at 35 percent reads 168,000, and moves to 240,000 the moment the probability becomes 50.

Do totals ever mix currencies?
No. A group of records in more than one currency shows one subtotal per currency, on the board lane, the table footer and in reports, so a number you read is always a number you can trust.
How are views shared?
Save a view and copy its link. Each view has a scope: only me, people you choose, or everyone in the workspace. Table and board layouts sit over the same saved definition, and saving a shared view asks before it changes for everyone.
